Green Goddess Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 1 small shallot
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup chives
  • 1 cup dill
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 cup raw, unsalted cashews
  • 1 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Add ingredients into a blender and combine until smooth.
    Tip: Add liquids to the bottom to help with blending
