- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons juiced
- 1 small shallot
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup chives
- 1 cup dill
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 cup raw, unsalted cashews
- 1 tsp salt
Add ingredients into a blender and combine until smooth.Tip: Add liquids to the bottom to help with blending
