I feel incredibly lucky that I was able to explore Barcelona with my love. While he spent a few days working, I had the chance to wander the streets and navigate the city on my own! I truly believe there is nothing more empowering than exploring independently. If you were around last year, you may remember “The Summer Diaries,” where I shared small snips from my summer abroad. I decided, why limit myself to only sharing summer travel? Although we are kicking off this new and improved series during the warmer months, I am excited to take you along on my adventures year-round. We have a new addition in the home studio lineup! We have a new addition in the home studio lineup! Today I welcomed home a split-pedal stability chair, and I could not be more excited! I fell in love with the chair’s versatility and precision during my comprehensive training, so having one at my disposal for daily practice is a dream. Building out my home studio has been such a highlight this year! It has given me room to evolve my own movement while providing a dedicated space to workshop flows for my group classes. I am looking forward to spending some serious time on the chair in the coming weeks and bringing some fresh energy to the studio!
