Private sessions are fully customized to the apparatuses and props you have available at home:
- Supported Equipment: Mat, Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Spine Corrector, or Ladder Barrel.
- Approved Reformer Brands: To ensure safety and proper mechanics, reformers must be from reputable, professional-grade brands (such as Balanced Body, Merrithew, Peak Pilates, or Your Reformer).

My training includes a Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates certification as well as a classical Pilates certification in both Mat and Reformer through EYT. I’ve also completed additional specialty training in prenatal Pilates, as well as being a certified Oov and Myofascial Release provider.
