Can you believe that it will be 2025 in just a couple of days? I am a huge vision board person, every December I look back on my prior years vision boards and I work to create my vision for the upcoming year. Let’s take a trip down memory lane and chat about my 2025 vision!
All Things Vision Boards
I made my first yearly vision board back in 2021 and I never looked back. It may seem dramatic but this exercise has actually changed my life. It is something I absolutely love to do and as a visual person, it helps to hold me accountable! Here is a little run down of my last few vision boards!
My focus for 2022 at that time seemed simple. I wanted to take care of myself, find a new fitness routine and start reading. By the end of 2022, I realized that I came back to my vision several times throughout the year to remind myself of what I was working towards. In 2023 I focused a lot more on wellness. I saved pins like drinking water, fresh veggies and inspiring quotes. This was the year where I started to see the biggest shift in my growth. For the first time, I felt like I knew exactly where I wanted to go on my journey. My 2024 board truly set the foundation for my year. It included photos of books, sustainability, Pilates, gardening, fruits and veggies, nature and love.
I honestly can’t believe the impact my 2024 vision board had on me this past year. I used every single photo as direction for who, what and where I wanted to be by the end of the year. While I think there is always room for improvement, I also think that I did accomplished most of what I worked toward.

My plan for 2025
I not only created a vision for 2025 but I also picked a word for the year. That word is discipline. These past three years have taught me that I can achieve anything I set my mind to. It also taught me that motivation alone isn’t enough. On days where I don’t feel motivated to keep up all of my healthy habits, I need to be disciplined & continue anyway.
Some of my other goals are to make time to take care of myself. I want to focus more on my bedtime routine & how I spent the last few hours of each day. I also want to prioritize my garden, fresh produce and home cooked meals. I plan to reprioritize my movement and finding a more consistent practice. I have talked about this before but the more I find myself teaching, the less I find myself taking.
Here is a snip of my 2025 vision board! I hope that this can inspire you to create your 2025 vision!
