My training includes a Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates certification as well as a classical Pilates certification in both Mat and Reformer through EYT. I’ve also completed additional specialty training in prenatal Pilates, as well as being a certified Oov and Myofascial Release provider.

Yes, I am insured. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.
