This is your reminder to listen to your body!

Some of you may know this but back in January I fell down my garage stairs early in the morning on my way to teach. Turns out when I fell I severely injured my pelvis and I have been working to heal ever since.

Yesterday I attempted to take my first class after a month long break. I have been working twice a week with an incredible chiropractor and honestly it was still too much. I woke up okay but took one wrong step this morning and could hardly walk the rest of the day!

I hope that you listen to your body! Sometimes we need time to rest and heal. Even if it takes longer than we want!

I hate feeling like the fridge is full of old food and random ingredients. I would be lying if I said that every week I get in a full fridge reset but I do try to at least clean out all of the leftovers at the start of the new week!
